These are the Terms and Conditions  upon which The Escape Surf School, and any person or persons (“the Client”) applying to book surf lessons or a surfing holiday adheres to

The Escape Surf School reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time

Payment Terms

- Bookings are not deemed as accepted until a booking confirmation is received by the client and if applicable, deposit received

- Bookings over £200 will require a 20% deposit  at time of booking with balance on arrival

- Group bookings (6 or more people) will require a 20% deposit with full payment 14 days before arrival

- Bookings under £200 will require a debit or credit card  to guarantee, with full payment on arrival

- If applicable, the balance remaining will be charged to the card on file on the balance due date, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed by both parties 

- Please notify us at least 14 days in advance of any changes to number of guests. We cannot guarantee that extra guests can be accommodated, unless pre-booked.                                   

- Any decrease in numbers notified less than 14 days before the arrival / course date will still be liable for full payment and will be charged to the debit / credit card on file, unless agreed otherwise with the Escape Surf School

- Any non paid “No shows” will be charged to the credit / debit card on file.

• - All deposits are non refundable and non transferable

Practical Considerations

• - Lesson times are subject to slight change depending upon tides and conditions, any changes will be notified in advance.
• - Should the Escape Surf School have cancel a surf lesson, due to adverse weather, beach closure or flat conditions, then an alternative time / session will be offered. If this is not suitable, then the Escape Surf School will offer a full refund to the Client of any monies paid for surf lessons
• - The management reserve the right to refuse to teach persons under the influence of alcohol. Such persons will be liable to pay the total amount due

- Participants in Surf lessons must be at least 8 years old and be able to swim 50 metres

• Liability
• - The Escape Surf School shall not be liable in respect of loss of life or injury to person or the loss of or damage to property. The Client accepts liability for and shall indemnify the Escape Surf School against any claim for such loss, injury or damage.
