Both of these courses are aimed at the recreational surfer looking to improve any area of their surfing. Mikes in-depth knowledge will improve your paddling, style, stance, speed, and manoeuvrability and give you the competence to progress much faster than struggling on your own. Mike will also ensure you are using the correct equipment.

Group sizes will be kept below 5 to ensure maximum coaching time

2 day course - includes:

• 2 lessons with Head Coach Mike Young (2 x 2.5 hours)
• Video analysis session to slow down, review and analyse technique
• Equipment provided, if necessary, witha selection of boards from Santa Cruz, Bufo and others
