At The Escape Surf School we are happy that we can offer an online service for our customers.

We only sell online this means we can keep our overheads to a minimum and past the saving onto you. However we are well aware that some people are still nervous when it come to paying for goods online.

The following information is provided to try and alleviate some of those fears.

1. We only use PayPal for credit card payment (they accept most major cards including SWITCH and SOLO).This a secure worldwide banking system that is strictly regulated.We do not receive ANY of your card details ourselves the payment simply goes into our PayPal account instantly meaning we can start processing your order.

2. Once you have placed your order using our online system you will receive an order conformation e-mail this is for your security and acts as a receipt this can then be printed or stored on your computer. Once we dispatch your order you will receive a further e-mail confirming this, you should then receive your purchase within 5 working days max.(if this is not the case please contact us.)
