Hi Escape Surf School,
Just wanted to say, thank you for the amazing surfing lessons . All the instructors had loads of time for us and it is an experience none of us will forget. We all had a proper good few days with you, not going to lie it was tiring but still very enjoyable... and now we're thinking of coming back for more! Just wait we'll be catching the waves again soon (hopefully next year).
Cheers again and best of luck with everything, Jen, Jen, Vera, Tash, Lucy and Amy

Hi Lyndsey,
Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for your help in organising a great weekend for our stag, Dave.
Despite half of our group being lightweights and missing the afternoon session, those who did take part really enjoyed it. I have to say, I thought your instructors were excellent, particularly Captain Ben!!! Good humour, and importantly safety too – overall really impressed with The Escape Surf School, I will certainly be back at some point.

Review of the Escape Surf School, for Bath Spa University Surf Society
As many amateur surfers know, learning to surf is not one of the cheapest things to do, especially if you don’t happen to live near the coast. Factor in lessons, hire, accommodation, travel and food and entertainment and you could be looking at least £120. At Newquay’s Escape Surf School that needn’t be the case. From as little as £49 a group of friends, club or society, can experience three professional lessons, full wetsuit and board hire, bed, breakfast and discounted drinks at the bar. There’s live music, great views across Towan beach and a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
The instructors are attentive and even in a large group you will feel you are getting enough attention and pick things up quickly. Even if you’ve been surfing for years they’ll still be able to teach you new things. Being a hostel, the accommodation consists of dorm-like bedrooms which is all part of the fun. The downstairs bar has a warm, jovial atmosphere where you can relax after your hard day’s surfing and enjoy hot food, drinks and a game of pool.
Going back to Escape feels like going home, almost like you never left, in the best way; the staffare always friendly, welcoming and remember return visitors. With a friendly social atmosphere, the beach a stone’s throw away, expert coaching and bargain prices it’s got everything a surfer could want for a quick and inexpensive weekend away with friends. So if you want to learn from scratch or just brush up your skills and have a great weekend away, grab some friends, pile into your cars and get yourself down to Escape. You won’t be disappointed.
